Moon Phases is part of the Cloud9 Secrets of the Oracle collection, created by designer Tara Reed 

All of Cloud9's fabrics are 100% certified organic cotton, and this is a beautiful quality fabric. At first glance the design looks like spots, but look twice and you'll see that the shapes are the different phases of the moon 🌙

Although designed as a quilting cotton, this has a lovely feel and enough drape to make it suitable for garments too.
