Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays). Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail and you can choose from the two delivery options below when you place an order:

Cost: £4.70
Estimated delivery time from dispatch: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Cost: £3.70
Estimated delivery time from dispatch: 2-3 working days
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £65.
Estimated delivery times are a guideline, and not a guarantee. Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.
We currently only ship to UK addresses.
Returns
As our fabrics are cut to order, they are non-returnable.
We personally check each item before shipping so please be assured that faults are very rare.
In the unlikely event that your fabric order is damaged or has a fault, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 48hrs of delivery to arrange a return for refund/exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of a return.
